New York Indian Council Indian Health Services 

The Rhode Island Indian Council is honored to be offering services for the urban native populations of the New York City and regional area. Our agency will provide a community based outpatient substance abuse program for eligible American Indians through a continuum of care treatment services as clinically indicated and appropriate. Services will be directed at penetrating addictions and improving the health of the client population mentally, physically, socially and spiritually.
